| I am creating a new social networking website. It is based in an innovative idea which was not up to the moment used by any other social networking website. How can I protect this new concept from being copied by other? It is not onl about protecting the programming language but its concept. Thanks in advance. |

Sorry -- but copyright does not apply t the 'idea' of something. To be subject to copyright a work must be tangible - i.e. written down/recorded.
Copyright will apply to your website content and code, not the idea. If someone else wants to start a competing site that's just fair competition. As long as they don't copy your content there's nothing to stop them. |
