Which parties are responsible for protecting copyright

Hi Stevo
If you mean 'Who takes action when an infringement is discovered' - it is the copyright owner, (i.e. the author). Under UK law (and I am sure elsewhere), only the copyright owner has the ability to take action against a discovered infringement. |
