Hi, hope you can help but I have just started a website and have created a logo using just my websites name abbreviated using microsoft word with fonts provided by the word package. My question is can i register this for logo copyright as i would like to print it on any correspondence etc i may send out?

Copyright does apply to logos, which are treated as artistic works.

The following page at UKCS has a good explaination of this and should answer most questions. If you want to register your work, they will do that also.
