|

I have produced (drawn) a series of images, which are all my own work. These include some portraits of famous people / film characters can I sell the artwork without infringing copyright.
Do people own the right to their image or is it the file character that holds the copyright?
Thanks for any help. |

You would not be infringing copyright by selling these works - as they are your drawings (you created them) you will be the copyright owner.
A person does have some rights to their own image - but generally speaking, action would only be likely if the images defame or malign the person. |
