| I've been drawing a picture now for 7 years and now want to put it on tshirts i drew it and someone put it on the computer and put a black outline on it, can I copyright it and how do i go about doing that? |

As the creator of the work, you are the copyright owner. This is an automatic right of the author.
For a quick 101 on copyright law - the UKCS have a copyright law fact sheet that is very easy to understand and a good introduction to the subject.
The same site also provides a facility where you can register your picture - which may be worth a look. The idea of this is so you have evidence of your claim in case there are any problems in the future (i.e. someone claims your work as their own). |
